WHEELING, WV - The west bound tunnel of the Wheeling tunnels will be closed for renovations starting on Monday February 1st, 2010. For Nailers fans coming from the east there is an alternative route to help you avoid the traffic jams.

From East of Wheeling (Pittsburgh)

Take I-70 West to the 470 Bypass (Bethlehem Exit) .

Merge onto I-470 W on the LEFT toward WHEELING.

Merge onto US-250 N via EXIT 1 toward WHEELING.

Take the WV-2 N / 18TH STREET exit toward DOWNTOWN.

Stay STRAIGHT to go onto WV-2 N / EOFF ST.

Turn LEFT onto WV-2 / 16TH ST.

Turn RIGHT onto WV-2 N / MARKET ST.

Turn LEFT onto 14TH ST.

2 14TH ST is on the LEFT.
